Our Services

We support your building's interior and exterior across five fields: sealing, waterproofing, surface preparation, painting, and tile.

Sealing Work

Sealing work involves filling gaps (joints) in exterior walls, around windows, and other areas with sealing material (caulking compound) to enhance waterproofing and airtightness, preventing rainwater and wind intrusion. Regular maintenance every 5–10 years is important to prevent deterioration and extend the building's lifespan.

Basic Role of Sealing Work

  • Filling joints between exterior wall boards and gaps around sashes
  • Aimed at preventing rainwater intrusion and ensuring airtightness against drafts
  • Acting as a flexible waterproof layer that follows building expansion, contraction, and movement to prevent cracks and leaks

Waterproofing Services

Waterproofing services is a general term for work that prevents rainwater intrusion using methods such as asphalt waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, coating waterproofing (urethane, FRP, etc.), cement-based waterproofing, and sealing waterproofing—each chosen according to the location, substrate, and intended use.

Basic Concept of Waterproofing

  • Creating waterproof layers on horizontal surfaces such as rooftops and balconies to prevent leaks
  • Essential maintenance to protect the building's lifespan and indoor environment
  • Method selected based on location shape, foot traffic, cost, and durability years

Main Types of Waterproofing

Type Main Use & Features
Asphalt Waterproofing Suitable for large areas like rooftops, with abundant track record and high water tightness
Sheet Waterproofing Applied PVC or rubber sheets. Suitable for large areas with short construction periods
Coating Waterproofing Liquid applied to form a film. Suitable for complex shapes and renovations
Cement-based Waterproofing Mortar-based material. Integrated with the structure, used for basements and water tanks
Sealing Waterproofing Fills joints and gaps; used in combination with other methods

Surface Preparation

Surface preparation refers to work performed before installing exterior wall finishing materials (siding, mortar, painting, etc.), where waterproof sheets, furring strips, lath nets, substrate adjustments, and repairs are applied to the structure to ensure long-term adhesion and durability of the finishing materials. It is considered the most critical process determining exterior wall durability, waterproofing, and finish quality.

Role of Surface Preparation

  • Creating a 'base' to firmly hold the finishing materials
  • Preventing rainwater intrusion and protecting the waterproofing layer
  • Suppressing cracks and lifting, enhancing durability
  • Smoothing the finishing surface and improving appearance

Painting

Painting work is the application of paint to the surfaces of buildings and equipment to protect them from rain, ultraviolet rays, and other elements while enhancing aesthetics and functionality. It is performed not only on exteriors such as exterior walls and roofs, but also on interiors, metal parts, and wooden parts, as regular maintenance to prevent deterioration and extend service life.

Basic Meaning of Painting Work

  • Applying paint to building surfaces to create a protective film (paint film)
  • Protecting the structure from rainwater, ultraviolet rays, dirt, rust, and more
  • Adjusting color and texture to improve aesthetic appearance

Tile Work

Tile work refers to finishing work that uses specialized methods to install tiles on building exteriors, interiors, floors, and wet areas, enhancing aesthetics, durability, and waterproofing. Tile craftsmen and specialized contractors carry out the entire process—from substrate preparation and material selection to installation, joint filling, cleaning, and inspection.

Basic Role of Tile Work

  • Finishing work for exterior walls, interior walls, floors, and outdoor approaches
  • Contributes to improved dirt resistance, durability, waterproofing, and heat resistance
  • Enhances design quality and is used as decorative finishing
